Key Responsibilities :
- Handle insurance leads exclusively by conducting calls to sell insurance products, leveraging relevant experience from similar roles in competitor organizations.
- Drive insurance sales with assigned customers mapped to the VRM.
- Deliver outcomes aligned with key metrics such as NPS, service levels, service quality, and sales performance.
- Ensure high-quality communication while meeting productivity and service benchmarks.
- Provide a consistent and delightful customer service experience, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
- Adhere to information security protocols and quality process standards.
- Stay updated and comply with any process-related updates or changes.
- Actively implement feedback from Team Leaders, or Quality Analysts to enhance performance.
Job Requirements :
Minimum educational qualification : Graduate.Candidates must reside near Thane; candidates from the western line will not be considered.Employment gaps exceeding one month are not acceptable.A minimum of one year of tenure in the current organization is mandatory.Strong conversational and English communication skills are essential.Role : Relationship Manager
