Description : About Us :

Oben Electric is a pioneering player in the electric mobility sector, focused on delivering high performance, sustainable, and innovative 2-wheeler solutions.

Industry Requirement :

Mandatory : Entire career in the automobile industry (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler only). Candidates with any experience outside the automobile sector will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage a team of 10-15 Area Sales Managers across the assigned zone.
  • Drive sales performance, dealer development, and market expansion.
  • Achieve zonal sales targets and enhance market share.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans in line with company objectives.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, training programs, and market visits.

Experience & Skills Required :

  • 10-15 years of progressive sales experience in the automobile industry.
  • Proven track record in zonal / regional leadership roles.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
  • Open to extensive travel within the assigned zone.
