Job Summary
As a Sales Executive at Z Engineers & Construction Pvt. Ltd., you will be the driving force behind our property sales. You will be responsible for generating new leads, building lasting relationships with clients and channel partners, and closing property deals to achieve ambitious revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a master communicator with a proven track record in real estate sales and an in-depth understanding of the local property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation : Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, digital marketing, property expos, and other industry events.
- Client & Broker Engagement : Present and promote our real estate projects to prospective clients and a network of channel partners (brokers). Conduct compelling site visits and project presentations.
- Relationship Management : Establish, develop, and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers and brokers to ensure a steady sales pipeline.
- Sales Cycle Management : Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead enquiry and site visit to negotiation, booking, and final deal closure, ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.
- Reporting : Provide management with regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, market trends, and competitor analysis.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience : A minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a Sales Executive, primarily within the Real Estate industry.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Language Proficiency : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Odia is mandatory.Skills :○ Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
○ In-depth knowledge of real estate sales principles and practices.
○ Ability to create and deliver compelling property presentations.
○ Proficient in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Mobility : Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driver's license for frequent travel and site visits.Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with real estate CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Daebuild).A strong existing network of clients and channel partners in the Bhubaneswar market.What We Offer
