Real Estate Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities :

Generate and follow up on sales leads for residential properties

Conduct property presentations and site visits

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Negotiate deals and close sales

Meet monthly sales targets

Maintain market knowledge and trends

Eligibility Criteria :

Graduate in any discipline

Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in local languages is a plus

Salary :

₹2.4 to ₹4 Lakhs per annum (based on experience and performance)
