Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in North Goa. The Sales Executive will be responsible for lead management, conversion into site visits , building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the company's portfolio of services and properties. The Sales Executive will also be involved in client negotiations, handling sales process and co-ordinating across other departments.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, ideally within the real estate
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of the North Goa real estate market is a plus
Bachelor’s degree
Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently
