Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads via cold calls, referrals, walk‑ins, etc.
- Understand client’s needs & budget; show properties & conduct site visits.
- Negotiate & close sales; follow up on documentation & payments.
- Meet monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Keep updated on market trends, developer projects, pricing in Delhi / Gurgaon.
Qualifications & Skills :
