We have launched two apartment projects in North and East Bengaluru and the leadership team has a strong reputation for delivering projects on time and to the highest standards. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Professional to lead our sales team and drive our business growth in the competitive Bengaluru market.

Job Summary :

The Sales Professional will be responsible for leading and managing the entire sales cycle for our residential projects. This includes developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading and mentoring a team of sales executives, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Bengaluru real estate market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in residential property sales.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Strategy & Planning :

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities in Bengaluru.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and promotional events.
• Prepare and present sales, revenue, and expense reports and forecasts to senior management.

o Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.
