Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager (Real Estate) located in Gurugram, Haryana. As Business Development Manager, you’ll identify and pursue exciting opportunities across the Middle East Real Estate Sector. You will be responsible for building new client relationships, driving revenue, and expanding our international presence. The role demands a strategic, outgoing self-starter who is driven to exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cultivate and onboard new clients for Middle East real estate projects
- Lead negotiations, close high-value deals, and deliver tailored solutions
- Research market trends, generate qualified leads, and manage client pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure world-class customer experience
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and deliver strong sales reporting

2–3 years of successful experience in inside sales, business development, or real estate (preferably B2B & B2C or Middle East exposure)Superior communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in English; additional languages are a plusDemonstrated ability to generate and qualify leads, manage pipelines, and close complex dealsGoal-oriented mindset with relentless drive for personal and team achievementHigh adaptability and resourcefulness to navigate a fast-paced, evolving marketStrong proficiency in digital tools, including CRM platforms and virtual presentation softwareSelf-starter attitude with the confidence to work independently and as a key team memberWillingness to work onsite at our Gurugram office and occasionally outside standard hours to engage with international clients
