Primary Purpose
As a Closing Manager / Associate, you will be the final touchpoint in the sales funnel or site-level closure team, overseeing client engagement, responsible for engaging with high-intent leads, conducting project walkthroughs, handling negotiations, and ensuring deal closure with proper documentation. You’ll work under the guidance of the Site Head / Team Leader – Closures and coordinate closely with CPs, CRM teams, And clients to maintain a smooth, high-quality sales experience.
Key Activities (Critical activities of the job)
- Engage with CPs and brokers to assist in closure of their referred clients updated with the status
of their leads and documentation
Attend and engage with direct walk-ins and sourced leads at the project sitePresent the project, USPs, pricing, and offers with clarity and convictionMarket research and analysis to understand trends & market landscapes.Documentation & Booking Process - Prepare cost sheets, booking forms, and collect necessaryKYC documents.
Coordinate with legal, CRM, and finance for smooth execution of bookingCollaboration & Reporting - Report daily activities, walk-ins, and closure progress to the SiteHead / Manager.
Regularly train the closure team on negotiation skills, objection handling & product updatesTrack and report team KPIs : walk-ins, conversion %, TAT for documentation.Expected Competencies / Personality Attributes :
Prior experience in commercial & residential real estate salesExcellent communication, negotiation & follow-up skillsAbility to handle high-pressure situations and demanding clientsDetail-oriented, highly organized, and responsive under pressureTeam management experience in a high-paced sales environment for Managerial position
