Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation :
- Research and identify potential seller leads through online platforms and offline sources.
- Assist in growing the internal database of prospective sellers.
Coordination & Scheduling :
Coordinate with the Channel Partner team to arrange property visits.Schedule and organize both direct and Channel Partner-led site visits for acquisition purposes.On-Ground Data Collection :
Participate in site visits to gather property information, shoot videos, and record relevant data.Conduct field assessments to help evaluate acquisition opportunities.Relationship Management :
Support relationship-building efforts with potential sellers and Channel Partners.Assist sellers during the early phases of the acquisition journey, offering guidance and support.Who You Are :
Experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, or Insurance is a plus but not mandatory.Strong customer service mindset with a passion for meeting targets.Excellent verbal communication in English; knowledge of additional languages like Hindi is highly advantageous.Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.Proactive and deadline-driven, with a high level of ownership and persistence.Flexible to work a 6-day week including weekends, as real estate activity peaks on Saturdays and Sundays.Willing to travel across the Mumbai region for on-site engagements.(ref : iimjobs.com)
