In this role, you will be responsible to drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships, understanding their needs and helping them navigate the housing market with ease. Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, conduct property visits, provide in-depth property information, and guide clients through the buying process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to customer.
- Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position Truva's products and services.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Work closely with the growth and marketing team to strategize and optimize customer funnels and outreach platforms, including social media, listing platforms, brokers, referrals, etc.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences.
- P&L Impact : Over time, take ownership of managing and strategizing growth initiatives while being accountable for the Profit & Loss (P&L) at a micro-market Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, key account management, preferably in the tech space
- Strong understanding of the housing market and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
