Key Responsibilities :

1. HR Operations / People Lifecycle

• Oversee & ensure smooth onboarding of new hires along with meeting internal stakeholders’ expectations during the process.
• Prepare and maintain documentation throughout the employee lifecycle including employment / consultancy agreements, joining forms, role / salary revision letters, relieving letters etc.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of leave and attendance processes, ensuring accurate records, policy compliance, and seamless integration with payroll systems.
• Establish grievance redressal mechanisms and POSH policy awareness, suitable for a small but growing team.
