About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on HR Operations & Payroll professional to manage end-to-end HR processes, payroll, and compliance. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on operational excellence, process improvement, and delivering smooth employee experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end HR operations : onboarding, transfers, exits, and offboarding.
- Standardize and improve HR processes and SOPs for efficiency and compliance.
- Track and ensure timely HR deliverables, resolving operational issues quickly.
- Digitize employee records and streamline HR workflows for better service delivery.
Payroll & Benefits
Handle end-to-end payroll processing , including salaries, reimbursements, variable pay, and full-and-final settlements.Manage employee benefits (Mediclaim, Gratuity, Flexi-Benefits, wellness programs) and coordinate with vendors.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and support audits.Address payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure full compliance with labor laws (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Shops & Establishments, etc.).Conduct periodic audits and close compliance gaps.Stay updated on statutory changes and implement them in HR operations.HR Systems & Analytics
Implement and maintain HRMS and other tools for payroll and HR operations.Build dashboards and reports to monitor HR operations performance and compliance.Team Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a small HR operations team.Allocate responsibilities, monitor outcomes, and ensure high-quality operational delivery.Requirements
MBA / PGDM in HR7–12 years of HR operations experience , including payroll (2+ years in managerial role)Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, and labor lawsHands-on experience with HRMS and Excel (pivots, dashboards, reporting)Nice to Have
