Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and selection process of Technical & Non-Technical hiring parse Real Estate sector.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
• Managed HR interventions aligned to business and HR strategy, to drive long-term performance, including effective organizational design, talent, and succession.
• Responsible for the managing full cycle of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees till exit for business.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• On boarding process for all levels of new hires.
• Actively involve in HR Audit process.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
