Human Resource Manager
About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead and support all HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and have a strong understanding of both strategic and day-to-day HR operations. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring compliance, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, recruitment and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution
- Lead performance management efforts and employee development plans
- Lead benefit administration and open enrollment
- Maintain accurate employee records (HRIS, personnel files, etc.)
- Track and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.)
- Oversee training and development of employees.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging company culture
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field7-10 years of HR management experienceStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsProficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SuiteSalary : 75,000-85,000 per month or 9LPA-10.2 LPA
