Human Resources Manager

Experience - 9-15 Years(Candidates from FMCG & Beverage industry would be more preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across all levels (corporate, plants & Sales).
• Work closely with cross-functional leaders to fulfill business manpower needs.
• Design and implement sourcing strategies, optimize source mix, and manage vendor relationships.
• Drive competition mapping and talent market intelligence.
• Manage and mentor sourcing teams to meet TAT and hiring quality goals.
• Execute campus hiring, rightsizing, and support onboarding processes.
• Drive manpower planning, budgeting, and organizational structure evolution.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and support HR audits.
