Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with managers to define hiring needs and job descriptions.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and implement creative hiring strategies.
- Oversee employee lifecycle : onboarding, payroll, attendance, leave, and exits.
- Ensure HR compliance, statutory adherence, and labour law requirements.
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement.
- Maintain HRMIS and accurate employee records.
