ROLE OVERVIEW :
Were on the hunt for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who lives and breathes the art of discovering and securing exceptional talent.
Youll be the go-to person for building our India team while also helping with global hires.
From engineers to project managers, your knack for spotting A+ talent will shape our growth story.
What You'll Do :
- Own end-to-end hiring for tech (backend, frontend, data / AI, product, DevOps) and leadership roles.
- Jump in for non-tech roles too (PMs, Account Managers, Client Success) at juniormid levels.
- Build pipelines like a pro think LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, creative sourcing hacks.
- Run the full flow : screening first chats interview coordination smooth candidate experience.
- Work with agencies when needed (esp. global / non-tech roles).
- Help us create a global hiring playbook as we expand (think creative + EU markets like Poland / Berlin / Warsaw).
Who You Are :
4-6 years in tech hiring, preferably in a executive search firm and then a startup or product-led org.A natural talent scout you have a knack for spotting the right people and dont mind going the extra mile to find them.Strong experience in (backend, frontend, data / AI, DevOps, product, etc.) plus exposure to adjacent roles.Track record hiring engineers, ML / AI specialists, tech leads, PMs, and even leadership roles.Amazing at stakeholder management you can work with founders, CXOs, and hiring managers directly.Thrive in a fast-moving, lean team.Bonus points if youve dabbled in global / creative hiring (EU / US).Whats In It For You :
