Who You Are
The Senior Technology Operations Specialist is a member of the India Executive Administration and Operations team and provides high-level project management, administrative, and operations support to the Cambridge based Product Engineering department. This role will focus on project management, department administration tasks, budget management, calendar maintenance, meeting organization, reporting, and presentation coordination.
What You&aposve Accomplished
Strategic Collaboration
Partner with global Cloud Operations tribe leaders to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with Cloud Engineering & Operations objectives.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across Cloud Technologies, Cloud Engineering, and GCS teams to ensure operational alignment and continuity.
Process Optimization
Identify and implement improvements in business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability across cloud operations.
Data-Driven Insights
Design and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards on key operational metrics—including shift allowances, Return to Office (RTO) trends, travel expenses, and reimbursement data—to support informed and timely decision-making.
Employee Engagement & Recognition
Lead initiatives to foster a culture of appreciation and motivation by maintaining real-time recognition practices, developing frameworks to encourage managers to actively recognize team contributions via platforms like Fond, and driving participation in recognition programs such as Employee of the Month, Team Awards, etc.
