Job descriptionOversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance with organizational standards. Implement technology-driven solutions for operational improvement and inventory management. Enhance the in-store and omni-channel customer experience to boost satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor customer feedback to drive service improvement initiatives. Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions tailored to market needs. Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and goals. Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives across the business network. Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive benchmarks. Leverage insights to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Prepare and manage business operational budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality. Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. Incorporate sustainable practices into business operations, ensuring environmental and social responsibility. Lead initiatives in adopting new technologies and innovative practices for continuous improvement. Master's degree in Business Administration or related fields. Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated success in driving business growth strategies and managing large-scale business networks. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on expertise in managing business operations across diverse formats and geographies.
