Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning & Execution :

  • Develop and execute business operations and growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and create expansion roadmaps for business.

Operational Excellence :

  • Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, cost optimization, and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Implement technology-driven solutions for operational improvement and inventory management.
  • Customer Experience & Engagement :

  • Enhance the in-store and omni-channel customer experience to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor customer feedback to drive service improvement initiatives.
  • Growth & Revenue Generation :

  • Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions tailored to market needs.
  • Team Leadership & Development :

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and goals.
  • Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives across the business network.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis :

  • Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive benchmarks.
  • Leverage insights to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Budgeting & Financial Management :

  • Prepare and manage business operational budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Sustainability & Innovation :

  • Incorporate sustainable practices into business operations, ensuring environmental and social responsibility.
  • Lead initiatives in adopting new technologies and innovative practices for continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications and Experience :

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth strategies and managing large-scale business networks.
  • The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on expertise in managing business operations across diverse formats and geographies.
