The Sales Operations Analyst will support the business by managing sales data, reporting, and performance measurement. The role involves analyzing sales performance, maintaining dashboards, ensuring data governance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives, territory management, and compensation processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct opportunity sizing and propensity modeling to define target bases for business initiatives.
- Manage data governance, including targets / capacity modeling, formatting, gap analysis, and reconciling data from multiple sources.
- Gather, map, and format data across systems such as Hadoop, SFDC, Gainsight, PBI, Tableau, SharePoint, Excel, and Adobe bespoke tools.
- Perform forecast modeling and outlook management for new product initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on product attainment outside main product motions.
- Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards in PBI and Tableau to support New Product Initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business product teams to execute end-to-end data workflows for product initiative go-lives and post-live support.
- Define and implement automation solutions for performance tracking and reporting initiatives.
- Ensure accurate territory alignment and account assignment for sales reps.
- Perform attrition analysis, pipeline reporting, and SFDC case management.
- Extract and manipulate data using SQL Server, Hive, and SFDC; execute lead upload processes.
- Report on sales attainment for compensation purposes, including SPIFF effectiveness and payout calculations.
- Implement QA activities to ensure data accuracy, trust, and proper payouts to reps.
- Document processes, operating procedures, and maintain records of deliverables, stakeholders, and timelines.
- Perform UAT / PAT for system enhancements and process improvements.
Qualifications :
3–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations and reporting.Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.Hands-on experience with Excel (including Macros), MS Access, SQL Server, Hive, SFDC, Gainsight, PBI, and Tableau.Strong analytical, project management, and business acumen skills.Highly organized with great attention to detail.Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.Experience in global business environments is highly desirable.Flexibility to work PST hours as needed.Skills Required
