Job Title : Senior Manager - Mobilization & Operations

Department : Business Operations

Grade : Senior Manager

Location : Bangalore

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager - Mobilization & Operations to lead the planning, execution, and governance of new site mobilizations across regions. The role involves managing end-to-end mobilization (12-15 sites per region), establishing operational processes, aligning with client expectations, and ensuring a seamless transition into steady-state operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Mobilization & Transition : Lead the mobilization of 12-15 sites per region, managing direct teams (Scoping Chef & Scoping Manager) and building new teams for each project.
  • Process & Governance : Establish SOPs and ensure adherence to operational checklists.
  • Stakeholder Management : Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align on deliverables and expectations.
  • Client Engagement : Own client interactions, understanding their requirements and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Operational Planning : Drive the planning, execution, and review of mobilization projects.
  • Team Setup & Leadership : Hire, train, and manage site-level teams for each mobilization project.
  • Performance Metrics : Ensure profitability (P&L) within defined budgets and maintain consumer experience standards.

Key Success Metrics :

  • P&L performance in line with budget targets
  • Customer experience scores aligned with company standards
  • Process establishment and adherence to operational governance checklist

    • Candidate Requirements :

  • Experience : 10-12 years of experience in managing high-volume operations
  • Sectoral Background : Experience in Hotels, QSR, Facility Management, or similar sectors; exposure to pre-opening, NSO (New Store Opening), or pre-launch is preferred
