▷ [Urgent Search] Insurance Manager

Onni Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Manager to oversee our commercial insurance programs. This role will manage property and liability coverage across Onni Group’s extensive real estate portfolio and construction operations in Canada and the U.S.

The Insurance Manager will lead insurance strategy, oversee renewals and claims, and work closely with internal teams, brokers, and adjusters to ensure proper coverage, compliance, and risk mitigation. This is a critical role supporting acquisitions, developments, and capital projects across regions.

Key Responsibilities

Insurance Program Management

• Lead strategy across property, liability, builder’s risk, and environmental lines.
• Manage policy renewals, pricing negotiations, compliance, and coverage alignment.
• Ensure insurance requirements are met for acquisitions, developments, and capital projects.
