About the Job :
We are hiring a techno-functional leader to own the product lifecycle of VeriTouch Insurance, a CRM solution purpose-built for the insurance industry.
This role blends deep technical expertise with insurance domain knowledge and product leadership.
You will drive roadmap execution, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery of high-impact CRM capabilities across customer engagement, sales, service, and marketing.
What you will be doing :
- Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for VeriTouch Insurance, aligned with client needs, regulatory trends, and market dynamics.
- Lead the application of CRM in insurance-specific use cases such as policyholder lifecycle management, broker engagement, claims servicing, and regulatory compliance.
- Prioritize and deliver features across modules including Single Customer View, Contact Center Automation, Sales & Prospect Management, Complaints & Service Requests, and Campaign Management.
- Ensure seamless integration with core insurance systems (e.g., policy administration, claims, underwriting) using APIs and middleware.
- Manage agile delivery teams through backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and go-live, ensuring high-quality, on-time releases.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, solution architects, and sales to ensure delivery excellence and alignment with business goals.
- Act as the voice of the customergather feedback from insurers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to inform product decisions.
- Monitor and report on product KPIs such as adoption, delivery velocity, feature utilization, and business impact.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, KYC) and support audit readiness and data governance initiatives.
What we are looking for :
Skills & Competencies :
Expert on CRM data models (e.g. policy, brokers, claims and other domain concepts) and workflows (e.g. renewals, sales, service and others) in insurance.Experience with predictive analytics and campaign automation.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience & Qualifications :
10+ years in software development or technical consulting, with 5+ years in product leadership roles.Experience in insurance software companies or insurer IT departments.Proven track record applying CRM in the insurance industry.Strong technical foundation (e.g. .NET, Java, REST APIs, cloud platforms).Experience with any major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365 or others).Proven experience managing agile teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions.What we are offering?
