Key Responsibilities :
Build and manage strong relationships with bank customers through calls and virtual meetings.
Promote and sell life insurance products via bank tie-ups.
Generate leads from assigned bank branches and convert them into business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with bank branch staff to drive insurance sales.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
Candidate Profile : Graduate is must
Minimum 2+ years of experience in BFSI or Life insurance experience
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Comfortable with virtual platforms and digital sales
Target-oriented and self-driven
