About the Role :

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager - Sales & Business Development with a strong background in the insurance or financial services sector.

The ideal candidate will lead sales efforts, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue targets in the insurance / financial services domain.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and partners.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively.
