Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HR Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for various positions at Santram Engineers P Limited. Daily tasks include posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, maintaining candidate databases, and developing recruitment strategies. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and enhance recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
