Role & Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Manage end-to-end hiring processes, coordinate with recruitment vendors, and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Onboarding & Induction : Conduct onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.
- Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries, grievances, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Employee Engagement : Plan and execute engagement activities to build morale and improve retention.
- Payroll & Salary Management : Oversee payroll processing, attendance, and salary disbursements.
- Compliance Management : Ensure adherence to basic HR compliance requirements.
- HRMS Management : Maintain and update employee records on HRMS; preferred candidates should have hands-on experience with HRMS platforms.
