Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company. They will work closely with hiring managers, create job postings, attend job fairs, and utilize various recruitment channels. The role also includes maintaining a candidate database and providing a consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Proficiency with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously
• Familiarity with creating job postings and attending job fairs
• Experience in maintaining a candidate database
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in logistics or similar industry is a plus
