Job Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Recruiter to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in sourcing, headhunting, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions efficiently. This role demands strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from understanding job requirements to onboarding candidates

Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate profiles

Use various sourcing strategies including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, internal databases, and headhunting to identify top talent

Conduct detailed screenings and shortlist candidates based on technical, cultural and behavioral fit

Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely communication with candidates

Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

Keep track of recruitment metrics and regularly update hiring status reports

Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Negotiate offers and manage the final selection and onboarding processes

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

5–8 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including headhunting

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS systems, and recruitment analytics

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines

Experience in recruiting across multiple industries or verticals is a plus
