Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Recruiter will handle day-to-day tasks including sales recruitment, managing the full-life cycle of recruiting, hiring new candidates, and handling account management. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication, and managing recruitment processes effectively. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Skills in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Experience in Hiring and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in recruitment or HR roles is a plus
