Job Title : Regional Sales Manager Aftermarket & Business Development- East

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead aftermarket growth and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory(Eastern Region) . This role demands a deep understanding of the regional market landscape strong key account management capabilities and exceptional sales and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be adapt at building long-term relationships with key stakeholders and driving strategic sales initiatives.

Identify and evaluate potential clients projects and market opportunities within the territory

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in both aftermarket and new business segments
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at client organizations
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations proposals and value propositions tailored to client needs
• Lead contract negotiations and finalize commercial agreements
• Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline ensuring alignment with revenue and growth targets
• Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and conferences to enhance visibility and generate leads
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to inform strategy
• Facilitate vendor registrations and proactively channel opportunities through appropriate internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Business Units and Solutions Managers to develop tailored technical solutions for clients
