Educational Qualification : Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
Location : Lucknow.
Experience : 5-7 Years.
Job Maintains, strengthens, and / or expands existing relationships with allocated accounts.
- Develops, implements and monitors sales and finance plans (contracts) with these accounts.
- Evaluates strategic opportunities with select accounts and outlines solutions in meetings with dealers / distributors.
- Work closely with the Area Manager / Territory Manager and team on forecasting needs, outlier cases, etc.
- Manages territory teams and ensures goals are communicated and met accordingly as given by their Area Manager / Territory Manager.
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research.
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
- Monitor competition within assigned region.
- Business Development, KOL Management, KOL Engagement, Dealer Management and Product and skills :
- Previous experience in arthroplasty / Trauma / Good Pharmaceutical companies in Orthopedic would be preferable.
- Should have leadership and negotiation skills with experience of a minimum of 4-5 years in a leadership role.
- Should have a problem-solving attitude.
- Good interpersonal skills.
