Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Business Development, Presales, and Client Success roles.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts and multi-million dollar deals .
- Strong expertise in proposal creation, presales presentations, and solution consulting .
- Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM & sales platforms.
- Knowledge of project management tools .
- Familiarity with AI & automation solutions for client success and workflow optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead presales activities including proposals, RFIs / RFQs, and client presentations.Build and manage client relationships to ensure retention, renewals, and upselling.Collaborate with delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets.Represent the company at industry events and networking forums .
