Business Development SpecialistJob Location : UG, The, Terminus, Pride Plaza Hotel, BG-12, BG Block(Newtown), Action Area I, Newtown, New Town, West Bengal SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven person to join our sales team. As a Fitness Consultant / CentreManager, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, achieving sales targets,and providing exceptional customer service to prospective members.ResponsibilitiesSales and Revenue Growth1. Membership Sales : Generate new membership sales through prospecting, lead generation, and conversion ofleads into sales.2. Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall salesperformance of the club.3. Revenue Growth : Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Fitness First services, including personal training,group fitness, and membership upgrades.Sales Administration and Reporting1. Sales Administration : Manage sales administration tasks, including data entry, lead management, and salesreporting.2. Sales Reporting : Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, highlighting sales performance, andidentifying areas for improvement.Requirements1. Qualifications : Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.2. Experience : Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.3. Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuadeprospective members.4. Sales Skills : Proven sales skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.5.
