Job description

Job Posting : Client / Key Account Manager - Mumbai

We are seeking a Client Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a Client Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and develop relationships with assigned client accounts. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and cultivate relationships with clients to drive growth and retention.
  • Act as the main point of contact and internal advocate for clients.
  • Lead discussions at C-level to understand client needs and propose solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and maintain product / service knowledge.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical) and an MBA from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institutions.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling IT services in the Indian market.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Desired Skills :

  • Understanding of IT services like Application Development, IT Operations, and Cloud Solutions.
  • Proven track record in managing enterprise accounts and closing complex deals.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and managing the sales process.
