Vice President - Engineering Management

As VP of Engineering, you will define and drive the engineering vision, strategy, and execution for Cautio's next-generation telematics products. You'll build and scale a world-class engineering organisation, shape AI-powered innovations, and ensure our platform delivers safety, reliability, and performance at a national scale. This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who thrives on building from the ground up, scaling teams rapidly, and pushing the boundaries of hardware-software :

• Engineering Leadership : Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with Cautio's mission of redefining road safety through AI and real-time video intelligence.
• Team Building & Culture : Attract, grow, and inspire top engineering talent across embedded systems, AI / ML, cloud, and applications, fostering a culture of innovation, speed, and excellence.
• Product & Technical Ownership : Lead development of dashcam firmware, connectivity platforms, real-time streaming, DMS, ADAS, and cloud systems. Drive architectural decisions that ensure scale, reliability, and low-latency performance.
• Process & Delivery Excellence : Establish agile frameworks, engineering processes, and KPIs that balance delivery velocity with high quality.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Design, Operations, and Business teams to align technology with customer needs and market opportunities.
• Innovation & R& D : Champion AI-driven telematics capabilities such as driver monitoring, collision alerts, and predictive analytics to stay ahead of the curve.
• Quality, Security & Compliance : Oversee product reliability, data privacy, and compliance with in-vehicle and regulatory standards.
• Operational Stewardship : Manage budgets, vendor partnerships, and resource allocation to enable efficient and sustainable growth.
