Job descriptionLead and scale high-performing engineering, DevOps, and SRE teams across geographies. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to align engineering efforts with strategic goals. Oversee development of distributed systems using Go, Python, Kubernetes, and microservices. Drive orchestration of GPU-accelerated workloads and high-performance computing (HPC) environments. Ensure robust CI / CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and observability across the stack. Champion DevSecOps practices, regulatory compliance, and multi-region cloud deployments. Optimize cost, performance, and reliability of infrastructure at scale. Establish and track engineering KPIs, delivery metrics, and quality benchmarks. 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, preferably in cloud infrastructure or platform companies. Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and software-defined networking (SDN). Proficiency in Go and Python; experience with GPU computing, AI / ML infrastructure, and HPC. Strong background in CI / CD, GitOps, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and cloud security. Proven ability to lead distributed teams and scale engineering organizations. Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical execution with company strategy. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in regulated industries (e.g. finance, healthcare, government). Contributions to open-source cloud-native projects. Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. What Youll Do Strategy & Execution :
- Define and drive the technical vision for our sovereign cloud and GPU-as-a-Service platform.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure across compute, storage, and networking.
- Lead the adoption of emerging technologies in cloud-native orchestration, AI / ML workloads, and data center automation.
