The Team & Role :

Zuora is seeking a highly experienced and charismatic VP of Engineering to also serve as our Country Leader in India.

This is a pivotal, dual-role position for a strong, people-focused leader who will be responsible for both driving the technical excellence of a portion of our Engineering organization and acting as the cross-functional country leader for all of Zuora in India.

Based in our Bangalore office, this leader will be a key steward of our global culture, a local brand ambassador, and an essential partner in our mission to be the indispensable foundation for the future of business driven by AI.

This leader will report to the SVP of Engineering, with a virtual reporting line to the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO).

Key Responsibilities : Leadership :

• Culture & Community : Act as a strong, charismatic leader to build and maintain a cohesive and high-performing culture for our ~450 employees in India, ensuring it is aligned with Zuoras global values and vision.
• Brand Ambassador : Serve as Zuoras public face and brand ambassador in India, with the responsibility to build our brand, attract top talent, and enhance our presence within the local technology ecosystem.
• Cross-Functional Alignment : Provide cross-functional leadership and support to all teams in India, fostering collaboration and alignment across various departments beyond Product & Technology.
• Strategic Voice : Represent the India organization to senior leadership globally, ensuring local perspectives and needs are understood and integrated into company-wide strategy.
