Director of Engineering

As Director of Engineering, you'll lead a team of managers and senior engineers in developing cutting-edge data analytics products. You'll be hands-on with architecture, design, and development, driving projects from 0 to 1 while aligning with customer needs and business goals.

• Lead a team of managers and senior engineers to build Gen AI / Applied ML, Data Analytics, or platform solutions from scratch.
• Be hands-on in architecture, design, and development, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Navigate uncertainty, prioritize features, and drive projects towards clear goals.
• Focus on customer-centric development, ensuring solutions meet user needs.
• Foster a growth mindset, mentor engineers, and ensure best practices.
