Vice President - Engineering Technology

Role Overview :

We are hiring a Vice President of Engineering to lead our growing engineering team and drive technical delivery for our high-scale consumer products.

This is a hands-on leadership role where youll ensure top-tier execution, manage engineering teams, and architect systems that scale to millions of users.

Youll work closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to turn bold product goals into reality, all while shaping the engineering culture of a fast-growing, product-led company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and scale the engineering function with a focus on backend excellence and delivery
• Architect, review, and guide implementation of production-grade systems (Java + Spring Boot)
• Stay hands-on in critical tech decisions and development when needed
• Ensure timely, high-quality delivery across projects with clear metrics and accountability
• Define and implement engineering processes, code standards, and DevOps practices
• Hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent while fostering a strong tech culture
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Business teams to align tech efforts with business outcomes
• Drive backend optimization, scalability, and system reliability for millions of users globally
