Benefits Analyst
We have an opportunity for a Benefits Analyst to join our People & Places team in Bengaluru, reporting to the manager of, International Benefits. In this role, you will support and enhance our global benefits programs across India, EMEA and APAC regions, and offer benefits support, education and guidance to employees throughout their Infoblox journey. You'll work with the local and global Total Rewards team to help ensure our offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our total rewards strategy.
Be a Contributor — What You'll Do
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders in the administration of health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and other benefit programs
- Coordinate data transfers for benefits administration, ensuring the accuracy of all premiums, enrollments, and renewals
- Assist with documentation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for benefits processes, such as onboarding, open enrollment, reporting, and reconciliation
- Manage monthly billing cycles, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits records in the HRIS, conducting data audits to identify and resolve data integrity issues
- Create and distribute materials for benefits new hire orientations, open enrollment, and employee communications
- Provide training and respond to benefit inquiries from to employees and managers on plan provisions, enrollments, status changes, and other general inquiries
- Assist in the delivery and administration of wellbeing programs
- Support the day-to-day management of the market pricing tool, ensuring data accuracy and usability for compensation analysis and reporting
Be Prepared — What You Bring
2+ years of experience in benefits administration; proven analytical experience preferredHigh integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with excellent reporting and analytical capabilities.Experience with Oracle HCM or similar HRIS platforms is highly desirable.A customer-focused mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and organizational abilities.Bachelor's or master's degree in HR or a related fieldBe Successful — Your Path

Six Months :
Be the go-to contact for employees, managers, vendors, and the local benefits broker in India.Manage benefits onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth transitions.Champion data accuracy across systems, particularly for benefits and dependent information.Independently manage the day-to-day operations of our market pricing tool, including job matching and maintaining accurate benchmark data.One Year :
Identify and implement process improvements and data quality, such as automation of data flows, billing enhancements, and reporting accuracyCollaborate cross-functionally on projects like PTO tracking and total rewards statements.Take a leading role in wellbeing programming, helping evolve and expand our offerings.Develop fundamental knowledge of benefit programs and support key milestones like open enrollment and international renewalsBelong— Your Community
