About The Role

We are looking for a Benefits Specialist to join our Benefits team to help us stand-up a world-class benefits function to attract, reward and retain top talent. You'll play a pivotal role in the continued evolution of our total rewards philosophy and strategy. You&aposll serve as a key player of the Benefits team and interact regularly with our team members, HR business partners, recruiting, and finance teams. We&aposll need you to have a mix of working in entrepreneurial and hyper growth settings. You Will

• Serve as the company's primary contact for day-to-day benefits management with employees.
• Field employee benefit inquiries and escalations with vendors.
• Assist in annual plan renewal administration needs.
• Coordinate enrollments and terminations for our insurance policies.
• Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle related to benefits (new hire orientations, offboarding and general inquiries)
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of all benefit programs and eligibility requirements
• Ensure solid backend benefits management hygiene (plan and employee records management, as well as ensuring we meet timely compliance reporting requirements)
