What success looks like in this role :
Provides compensation and benefits support for assigned associate group(s) and / or geographic location(s).
Supports ongoing efforts to :
o Benchmark compensation benefits and wellbeing programs versus the market
o Monitor program impact in terms of associate benefit perceived value retention and related metrics
o Monitor insurance / coverage changes and assess their impact on company plans
o Ensure legal and regulatory compliance and
o Manage costs.
Gathers updates and maintains sales performance data.
Delivers financial modeling to test sales payout assumptions and define how plan and / or target changes may impact associate payout.
Handles more complex benefits questions from managers and associates.
Manages key benefits and wellbeing program events.
Counsels managers and associates to resolve potentially sensitive compensation and benefits-related questions and problems.
Consults with and advises associates and managers on compensation policy interpretation new hire offers promotions market analyses job description / evaluation and other compensation projects and initiatives.
Develops recommendations for changes and improvements to compensation and benefits processes ensuring alignment with company policies philosophy as well as meets the needs of associates align with market trends while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
Assists with monitoring and assessment of third-party provider performance.
Participates in assessment of market compensation trends surveys and reports to determine the companys competitive position.
Audits job / pay levels to identify and resolve issues arising from reorganizations contractual changes or acquisitions.
You will be successful in this role if you have :
BA / BS degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
