Job description

Compensation & Benefits will be required to develop, coordinate and implement effective strategies, procedures and programs related to compensation and benefits during consulting assignment for ANSR's clients. Compensation & Benefits will provide inputs, guidance and support set-up and scaling of new GCCs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the People, Organization and Culture team to deliver high quality, effective Compensation and Benefits solutions tailored for ANSR's clients with focus on the following areas :
  • C&B design, including pay ranges, pay structuring, pay mix, and benefits design
  • Play an integral role in delivering the annual pay review and bonus processes at ANSR clients.
  • Align with statutory compliance; be aware of market practices and developments.
  • Compensation and Benefits market benchmarking, trends, andadvisory
  • Job evaluation and levelling.
  • Annual C&B cycle budgeting, management, and execution
  • Present solutions and recommendations in a structured and articulate manner to client and / or ANSR internal teams
  • Conduct due diligence for renewals and trends for Insurance and employee wellness programs at ANSR clients.
  • Coordinate with HR operations to implement the programs in consultation with the HR business partner.
  • Liaise with Benefits Partners / vendors and work with other functions such as HR operations and finance to execute Benefits Programs at ANSR clients.
  • Provide CoE consulting advice to established clients, design and implement specific rewards-related projects. Manage C&B Project Modules under guidance of C&B / POC leadership.

Experience and Requirements

Required Experience and Skills :

  • 3+ years in a compensation role. A mix of consulting and field C&B is preferred.
  • All-round understanding of Total Rewards design principles and their application, along with associated business acumen.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the leading Job Evaluation frameworks.
  • Experience in conducting annual compensation cycles.
  • Experience in engaging with and onboarding benefits vendors.
  • High level of Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data and insights.
  • Preferred experience and Skills

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • University degree in HR with a Masters / MBA strongly preferred.
  • Relevant certifications from widely recognized professional bodies.

  • Excellent listening skills :  Before solutions can be discovered, problems need to be fully understood. Carefully listens to the needs of clients to implement solutions that address their specific needs.
