Description : About the Role :
- Were looking for a passionate and proactive HRBP with a strong foundation in employee engagement initiatives to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to strengthen employee experience, drive engagement programs, and support core HR operations for assigned teams.
Key Engagement & Experience (Primary Focus)
Design, implement, and track engagement initiatives aligned with company culture and employee needs.Drive pulse surveys, analyze feedback, and collaborate with stakeholders on actionable improvements.Organize events, celebrations, wellness programs, and other cultural activities across teams.Partner to align engagement with learning and development goals.Act as a trusted advisor to assigned business units on people-related matters.Work with managers to resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and performance issues.Support organizational changes, team restructuring, or role transitions.HR Operations & Support
Support onboarding and offboarding experience for employees in your aligned teams.Partner with internal HR teams on performance reviews, policy awareness, and recognition programs.Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and statutory requirements.(ref : iimjobs.com)
