Develop and implement marketing campaigns targeting existing customers to encourage repeat purchases and upselling.Analyse customer data and behaviour to identify opportunities for improving retention rates and increasing customer lifetime value.Coordinate and execute webinars end-to-end across all program verticals for Repeat Business including planning, promotion, hosting, and post-event analysis.Create visually appealing creatives and promotional assets using Canva to support referral marketing initiatives.Collaborate with the Product team to identify and prioritize features or enhancements that drive customer retention and satisfaction.Design and execute personalized email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and other communication channels to engage with existing customers.Utilize marketing automation tools to create targeted workflows and trigger-based communications tailored to specific customer segments.Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer retention, including churn rate, repeat purchase rate, and customer satisfaction scores.Conduct A / B tests and other experiments to optimize marketing strategies and tactics for driving repeat purchases.Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in marketing, with a focus on customer retention and repeat business, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Proficiency in Canva and other creative tools to design campaign assets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Clever Tap).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
- Experience with A / B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
