Referral Marketing Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Referral Marketing Manager to own and scale InCred Money's referral and viral growth initiatives . The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking, data analysis, and creative execution to design referral programs that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention .

Key Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and optimize referral programs across InCred's product portfolio.
• Conduct cohort analysis, funnel analysis, and other data-driven assessments to identify opportunities for improving referral performance.
• Collaborate with growth, product, and marketing teams to integrate referral mechanisms in-app and across communication channels.
• Monitor KPIs such as referral conversion, activation, LTV, and virality coefficient , and take actions to improve performance.
• Analyze referral program performance and implement A / B tests and experiments to optimize incentives and messaging.
• Leverage data insights to segment users and create personalized referral journeys .
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor programs to implement innovative referral strategies.
