Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Drive Client Engagement :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs and finance leaders of client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment of their financial goals with our technology solutions.
2. Lead the Customer Experience :
Work closely with clients to implement the NAKAD Automated Reconciliation Tool ARP post-sales.Serve as the critical link between clients and the NAKAD Tech Team, ensuring smooth onboarding and implementation.Deliver customized solutions, tailoring both the UI and backend to meet unique client requirements based on feedback.3. Assess and Transform Financial Practices :
Conduct in-depth analyses of clients' existing accounting and reconciliation processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.Design and implement innovative, automated solutions that enhance accuracy, save time, and reduce manual effort.4. Facilitate Training and Support :
Provide comprehensive training to client finance teams on using our advanced automation tools effectively.Offer ongoing support, ensuring clients achieve long-term success with our solutions.5. Create a Feedback-Driven Ecosystem :
Act as a feedback conduit between clients and our product development team, ensuring client insights shape the evolution of our products.Collaborate to create tools that align with the ever-changing needs of the finance and accounting landscape.6. Ensure Smooth Implementation and Troubleshooting :
Proactively identify and resolve potential challenges during implementation or daily usage of our solutions.Partner with clients to continuously improve their automation journey, ensuring maximum ROI.7. Documentation and Reporting :
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions, implementations, and performance outcomes for transparency and ongoing refinement.We are looking to hire strong finance professionals with solid experience in AR / AP and vendor reconciliation, preferably from D2C, Quick Commerce, e-commerce, retail, or modern trade environments.

Work Mode : Onsite, 6 days a week (first Saturday off)
