Job description

We are looking for a driven and experienced IT Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT products and services, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.

Identify new business opportunities in the IT sector.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT products and solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
  • Qualifications and Skills :

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field;
  • Proven 5+ experience in IT sales or technology solutions sales.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
