What You'll Be Doing
- Support the People workstream of our APAC organisational transformation, helping shape and implement our global footprint strategy and new operating model
- Help to build plans, manage budgets, track progress, resolve issues, and ensure we hit our goals without losing sight of the people impact
- Bring together remote teams, align with colleagues in emerging markets, and support scalable onboarding and HR processes
- Play a part in designing and delivering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives that foster a more inclusive workplace
- Monitor risks, manage supplier relationships, ensure operational readiness, and follow through with lessons learned to improve how we do things next time
What You'll Bring
3+ Years of Strong project admin experience within HR or organizational changeProven ability to manage complex projects in dynamic environmentsConfidence in navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities while keeping delivery on courseGreat communication skills—you'll need to keep people informed, engaged, and alignedExperience working across geographies and with distributed teamsSkills Required
